A notice on one of the boards at the ‘Birla Institute of Technology and Science – Pilani’ campus in Dubai lists the names of three suspended students. A second year Chemical Engineering student has been suspended for posting the blog, while two others are being punished for posting responses, other students said. Several of them, who did not want to reveal their names for fear of being reprimanded, said the student community considered the punishment too harsh and undeserving. The blog in question http://blazefanthom.blogspot.com describes a student’s frustration at campus life. “Throughout this blog, I’m going to narrate my experiences. I’ll try to exaggerate as little as possible, though I guarantee they are quite spicy.” No students at the campus were willing to speak to 7DAYS for more than two minutes. “If you read the blog, you will get an idea of how we will be disciplined if caught speaking to you. The situation here is terrible. We have come so far away from our homes to study, and the campus and the situation here is quite disturbing,” said another student. “Whatever the blog describes, is exactly how the campus functions. It’s just that the blogger has at times used offensive language at times to vent out his anger,” said one student. One of the responses to a blog reads: “your blog has made me laugh and all those attacks at BITS…well..what can I say…You are honest…” Despite repeated requests, the Director of the institute who was ‘busy in a meeting’ was not available for a comment. The only available comment was through the notice put out to all students asking them to keep away from blogging, especially when it concerns any of their family members, institution, this country and faculty. |

في موضوع عايم ع قلبي و مكتم على أنفاسي و حابب أحكي عنو ... بس
بس انتو عارفين ... في مواضيع أحسن ما ينحكى فيها ، يعني مرات ازا بتيجي ف شغلات معينة، مليون مفصوم مجهول انومينس جبان دماغو يا حرام مغسول بمسحوق غسيل مطهر و مبيض من الطراز الاول و برائحة عطرة فواحة خداعة تخفي قذارة التفكير باللعب على الاوتار الحادة التي تمس مناطق العورة داخل الدماغ العربية و تجعلها عارية مكشوفة تحت أشعة شمس الحقيقة فتجعلها سمراء بل سوداء محروقة مع انها في الواقع بيضاء ناصعة و لكنها تعسى جاهدة لإبقاء جسدها العاري أمام الجميع تحت الحرارة الحارقة من أجل ( التان ) الذي يجعلها تشعر بالرضا عن نفسها عندما تنظر في مرآة المبسح المظللة أصلا..... و لكن قمة التناقض تتجلى في عقولنا العربية التي تستعمل واقي أشعة الشمس إذا ما أرادت البقاء تحت أشعتها طوال اليوم مع أنها تستطيع و بكل بساطة البقاء داخل جمجمتها القاسية مستترة عن أعين شخص يمارس عادة التفكير المنطقي مثلي .. و هي عادة تفوق شرب الكحول و الزنا كفرا ... خاصة في القرن الحادي و العشرون
أتمنى أن لا أضطر أن أتعامل مع أي تعليق غبي على هذه السطور بقدر ما أتمنى الحصول على تعليق ذكي على (ما بين هذه السطور).. و لكني واقعي جدا بحيث لن افاجئ بتعليق غبي ... الله يستر
بدي أكتب بالعربي عشان ما أنشر الغسيل الوسخ قدام الأجانب! و الله عيب بعد ما طلبو مني مليون ورقة مختومة من كل دائرة حكومية و كل ختم و كل تصديق بكلف الشئ الفلاني غير مشوار من طيـ الصبح من دبي لابو ظبي اكثر من 150 كم رايح و 150 جاي و غير التقرير المفصل عن كل درهم دخل و طلع من حسابي في البنك.. و بعد ما كلوفني حجز فندق و تذكرة طيارة رجع نصها بس و بعد ما ضاعت الاجازة اللي بحلم فيها من السنة ل السنة هادا غير البهدلة و قلة القيمة على باب السفارة..... بتيجي السفارة المغربية ترفضت الفيزا تبعي.... أموت و أعرف ليش يعني بدي أترك بيتي و شغلي و سيارتي و أروح الزق في المغرب.... بالله عليكوا ما هو عيب بلد عربي يرفض زيارة مواطن عربي مقيم في بلد عربي... و أي جواز ثاني في العالم يوخد الفيزا المغربية (خاوا) في المطار.... و الله فضيحة
علي الطلاق من راسي لأغير جوازي قبل ما أموت! و ساعتها كل العرب بصيروا يحترموني و بصير ادفش باب أي مطار عربي برجلي و أفوت و الكل يضرب سلام مربع للجواز الفرنجي... أكيد مش لسواد عيوني
